The Gîte de Gustou, located in Ercé in the Ariège Pyrenees, is easily accessible from Toulouse or Carcassonne. A car is essential to fully enjoy the region, its mountain landscapes and outdoor activities.
For your GPS, simply enter: “GUSTOU ERCE 09140”.
(120 km – approx. 1h30) Take the southern ring road to exit 25, then follow signs for Tarbes. Continue on the A64 motorway for 60 km until exit no. 20 (⚠️ speed camera between exits 21 and 20: limit 130 km/h). Then follow direction Saint-Girons for 28 km.
From Saint-Girons, follow signs for Station de Guzet – Seix – Oust. In Oust, take direction Ercé (24 km). Upon entering Ercé, pass a small grocery store on the right, then 100 m later turn left toward Hameau de Cominac.
Drive up to the church, continue about 1 km and after two tight bends, look for two large waste containers.
Take the path marked “gîte rural”. You will pass La Souleilo, then the entrance to Pelioou. Continue straight ahead: access to La Grange de Gustou is just after the gate equipped with two black pivoting bars.
